S D Services Group specialise in all areas of temporary works, such as design of propping, formwork, and falsework. These services are crucial for any temporary works with designs supporting construction activities and overseeing projects to ensure the stability and integrity of structures during the construction, maintenance and demolition processes. In addition to design, we also provide a checking and coordination service for all temporary works, including appraisals, Cat III and above checks, permits to load, approval certificates and all required consultation.
By utilising our in-depth knowledge and experience of Structural Design, Civil Engineering, and the Construction Industry, S D Services Group can create innovative and efficient designs for any permanent works. S D Services Group offer scaffolding inspection reports as an additional service. These reports are crucial for ensuring the safety and structural integrity of any scaffolding structure. These include, initial site inspections, with an approval certificate issued by an Engineer and/or advanced weekly site inspections, with a professional report, providing peace of mind that your scaffolding structure has been erected to, and maintains at an acceptable standard, not only structurally, but from a Health and Safety perspective also.
S D Services Group offer an additional service of advanced anchor tie testing. With our team of Advanced qualified testers using our preferred apparatus, (Hydrajaws 2000), we can provide not only independent scaffolding pull out tests (proof tests) but also permanent anchor tie testing to a maximum of 25kN (Higher values can also be requested).
With the Advanced level testing we can also provide preliminary tests giving a value of tensile strength for any proposed tie type application.
